FVA-Workbench 9.2.1

Bugfixes

  • The relevant FE wheel body deformation components for the load distribution across the facewidth are no longer determined via the virtual central nodes; they are now directly determined from the other deformation components. This affects the 2D proposed modification and the input variables for the analytical 3D load distribution.

  • The reduced stiffness matrix on the housing is now deleted when material data on FEM subcomponents is changed.

  • Specification of the bearing clearance is now considered for plain bearings that are defined as a linear stiffness.

  • An error in the profile generation of ring gears that are manufactured with two tools has been fixed.

  • For the notch types round notches, v-shaped grooves, and transverse bores the evaluation position for the calculation and the representation in the 3D model has been corrected.

  • GDE import:

    - The "relief_length_actual" parameter is now imported correctly

    - Irrelevant "measurement pointsets" are not now filtered out

  • GDE export: Two new selection options are available in the GDE export settings.

The default is "evaluation_by_segments." In this case, the design_profile and design_helix outputs are not exported in the GDE file. Alternatively, "evaluation_by_design-curve" can be selected. In this case, the above-mentioned outputs are exported. The corresponding switch is also noted in the "evaluation_parameter" section.
